Capricorn, Keith Thompson
“After a little research I managed to trace the zodiac back to the first recorded civilizations. Capricorn represented mans’ rights over animals of the land and of the sea; the goat and the fish. It’s holding it’s own horns because it’s purpose is to be sacrificed. It’s hermaphroditic and multi limbed to add to the deity feel. It’s backed by Mesopotamian cuneiform (probably someone’s record of how many oxen he sold that year or some such mundane thing). The knife is Sumerian and I’m not sure if it’s actually ceremonial and/or sacrificial (although since it has a fuller it’s obviously intended for use in animals/people).”
